About Us

The International Lodging Safety & Security Association, Boston Chapter, Inc. was founded in Boston in 1972 by a visionary group of hotel security directors, and has grown to be one of the largest associations of its kind.   ILSSA Boston, after operating as an unincorporated association since its founding, was officially incorporated in 2015.

It promotes cooperation amongst is members and provides hotel safety and security executives with current information through collaboration and intelligence sharing designed to meet the challenges and complexities of protecting modern lodging facilities.

The Boston Founding Chapter of ILSSA has grown to include over 100 members from organizations from all aspects of the hotel security industry as well as law enforcement partners from all levels of local, state and federal law enforcement.  A rich history, combined with a diverse membership make up the foundation of ILSSA Boston.
